This comfortable 1 br house is located in North Monterey County in an area known as Royal Oaks. It is less than 3 minutes from Route 1 just over the Monterey County, Santa Cruz County line. It is a mixed farming and residential area, just 10 minutes from major shopping areas, but feels very much like country.
The house is newly remodeled. The front and back yard is fenced. The house is designated no smoking, but pets are welcome. A two month security deposit is required.
After entering the gate you have a large parking area behind the house with all kinds of space for storage.
The back of the house is kind of like the front. You have a nice covered porch.
Here is the large living room and the open plan. The bedroom is to the right of the built-in bookcase. A storage closet is to the left. Note the patio doors.
